The property is entirely forested except for the stream and beaver pond areas. The forest is comprised of soft maple, hemlock, cherry, hard maple, white pine, beech, birch and more. The property has a history of forest management and there is currently about 2,006,785 boardfeet of timber, International log rule, on the property providing opportunities for an immediate return on investment. The extensive network of old logging roads and trails provide tremendous access throughout the property. The internal road system extends across the tributary to Scriba Creek along the west side of the tract, providing full access to the land north of the creek and beaver pond area.
